Group Exercise Classes

Join in the fun of exercising in a supportive group environment! We offer a variety of classes including hydrotherapy, Clinical Pilates, balance and falls prevention, cardiovascular disease and diabetes management, weight loss, as well as general health and fitness. See our group class descriptions and timetable below to find a class that best suits your needs.

Fit 4 Life

This exciting circuit based class is suited to all ages and fitness levels. You will have fun performing the different variety of exercises each week, including strengthening, cardiovascular, core stability, balance and flexibility exercises. Best of all, the circuit nature of the class means that you can take it at your own pace and we can modify certain exercises to suit your needs.

Reform (Pilates)

Pilates is a technique that is based around posture, core stability, strength, flexibility and correct breathing techniques. Our Clinical Pilates classes have a maximum of 3 – 4 participants to ensure you receive individual attention, and are performed on equipment such as the reformer, trapeze table and wunda chair. Suitable for all ages and levels, we will modify certain exercises to suit your needs and experience.

Movement Against Cancer (MAC)

Movement Against Cancer (MAC) is an evidence-based, clinical exercise program for people currently living with cancer and cancer survivors. The MAC program consists of 2 x group sessions per week for 12 x weeks where you will undertake a program specifically tailored to your individual needs under the guidance of a highly trained Exercise Physiologist. Peak Performance

Peak Performance is a moderate to high intensity class that will help to improve your energy, vitality, strength, flexibility and stamina! A combination of strength, cardio and flexibility exercises, this class is suitable for those with a moderate to high level of fitness, and well managed health concerns. Peak Performance is designed to have you functioning at your optimal potential, whether it be for everyday life, work or sport.
